The age of 18 is an essential element in order to make a purchase order.
Select the products you wish to purchase on the website, choose the size where required, add the products to the “Shopping Cart” by clicking on “Add to Cart”, then choose the method of delivery.
You can add a product or several products to the “Shopping Cart” and this can be changed at any time before “Order Confirmation”.
The “Conclude Order” occurs after adding the products to the “Cart” and processed the costs of products and shipping.
In case the received order cannot be executed, our customer service will contact you, at the e-mail address provided during the purchase, within ten (10) days from the date of the order received.
Each product is represented by a photograph accompanied by:
Description, dimensions or measures available, and price for purchase.

All products are provided with an identification code and warranty seal.
It is essential that these 2 elements are not removed from the products.
These conditions are essential for the customer to exercise the right of return.
The Seller has the right to refuse the return of any product that does not bear the 2 elements previously mentioned, or products whose essential and qualitative characteristics have been altered or that have been damaged.
You can track the shipping status of your products by entering the tracking number (communicated to you by e-mail) directly on our courier’s website.
GLS or DHL for Italy;
UPS for Europe e World.
On articles of customized or made to order products it is not possible to make changes, cancellations, changes or returns, so the customer is invited to pay maximum attention before and during the purchase.
It is possible to return except the customized or made to order products not later than 14 days from their receiving.
To exercise this right, the buyer must send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating their intention to return the product giving the reason about it.
The customer will have the right to choose between 2 solutions:
- Return the paid amount;
- Choose another product (currently available on the Website);
The customer will bear the costs related to the transport of products.
The return must be made by the same forwarder who made the delivery, using the same complete package of receiving with the words “to be paid by the recipient”;
In this case the payment of expenses for the return of products purchased will be made directly by the Seller, freeing the buyer from the obligation of payment of the courier.
When the refund is made, the Seller will withhold from it a fixed rate equal to the shipping costs incurred for the return of the object.
The Right of withdrawal is understood to be correctly exercised if, in addition to compliance with the terms and procedures described in the preceding points, the following conditions are also fully satisfied:
- a. The products have not been used, worn, washed or damaged;
- b. The products must have all the original identification tags, labels and warranty seals still valid
- c. The products must be returned in their original packaging
- d. The returned products must be sent to the Seller in a single shipment
- e. The products must be delivered to the courier no later than (14) working days from the date of receiving of the same.
If the right of withdrawal is exercised by following the terms and procedures indicated in this section, the seller will reimburse the amounts paid to purchase the products.
The refunds will be processed by the seller as soon as possible and, in any case, within (15) days from the date of receiving of the products.
If the terms and procedures for exercising the right of withdrawal as specified in this paragraph are not respected, the Customer will not be entitled to reimbursement of the sums already paid to the Seller or to the issue of the requested credit.
However, the Customer may, at his own expense, request the return of the products in the conditions in which they were returned to the Seller.
It is a duty to invite the customer to pay maximum attention before and during the purchase;
For any dispute the competent court will be the court of Naples.
